Iliada Villas - Agios Prokopios (Naxos)

This place was almost great, but the breakfast was worse than expected. Watered-down orange 'juice' and soggy watermelon is just unthinkable for a villa of this caliber. Not to mention I was terribly disappointed, no complimentary gestures for such a huge price. I really thought I'd enjoy my stay much more. Absoloutely shocked.

The staff are amazingly attentive and helpful, overall. The location is perfect and peaceful, as the hotel is based close to everything.

The stay was perfect for exploring local attractions, especially with the lovely beach just a short walk from the villa. The breakfast offered was delicious and had great variety, which was a great start to the day. The spacious layout of the villa allowed for comfort. We particularly appreciated having a washing machine.

The morning meal was absolutely fantastic with home cooked food, fresh ingredients, local dishes. The location was marvellous, for example, St Paul's Church was just a short stroll away from the hotel. We really enjoyed the property because it was easy walk to a bus stop.

Wonderful family-friendly place, it has marvellous and ideal location near to the store as well as an amazing island with the perfect beaches. Everyone is amazingly kind and owner too😃

The villa was spacious and well-maintained. The daily breakfast included local dishes, but the hot food was often cold. The walk from the beach could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Pretty nice room, huge bathroom. Amazing food in the restaurant, freshly prepared breakfast with local dishes, home cooked food and also fresh ingredients. Peaceful location, just walking distance from everywhere.

The staff was super friendly and gave great tips on local beaches like Agios Prokopios and historical sites. The villa was super clean, with a beautiful view, and the location was perfect for some peace and quiet.

One minor downside was the lack of a microwave in the kitchen, which would have been a nice addition to our stay.

The view from our balcony was fine! The villa was stylish and comfy, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service. The nearby beaches were perfect for swimming with the kids.

The kitchen appliances were as outdated as my grandma's recipe book. Plus, a bit of a trek to get to the sand-I'm not training for a marathon here!

Amazing stay with friendly vibes!

This place was a gem! The staff was super nice, especially Nikki, who was always checking in to help out. The room was sparkling clean, with a cozy vibe. Breakfast had tasty local dishes that kept changing, which we loved. But it's a bit of a walk to the beach, so keep that in mind!

Strongly recommend for a fleeting stay

Comfortable villa, spacious bedroom with a lovely ensuite and a washing machine conveniently placed for longer visits, making it easy to enjoy the nearby beautiful beaches and great local restaurants.

Iliada Villas offered an really good experience with its beautiful location just a 10-minute walk from Agios Prokopios beach. The staff, especially Patricia, were attentive and personalized, with breakfast with local specialties that delighted every morning.

Some uphill walks can be challenging.
